Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 21 days of the ship date. Items must have all original tags attached and be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print and Pack

  Generate your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original box, ensuring all original designer tags are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized FedEx location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method, minus a $10 return shipping fee.
